Keith Hedman has worked doing Marketing, Consultative Selling, Management and Project Management for many different companies in the United States , operations in Canada as well as operations in the UK, Japan and China. He has been selling services and tangibles consultatively for the last 15 years, as well as doing program management based out of California (Silicon Valley) for Software, Services and Hardware companies. He has a background in Business, Biotech and Computer Software and Computer Related Hardware.
As of 1995, Mr. Hedman has worked on many projects of CRM, SFA, ECM, ERP, HRIS, Data Mining Security Systems and many other systems and subsystems that are based on Linux/Unix, LAMP & .Net Framework, as well as IBM Websphere(Java), and BEA Weblogic.
He is very interested in object oriented programming in combination with SQL server relational databases as well as MySQL to customize and produce CRM and SFA technologies. Keith is also interested in mobile computing and unified communication using servers that auto synchronize. Most of these processes can, these all can be accompliced through relational mapping, or through advanced UI Data binding. Depending how the operations are carried out, security and functionality can be increased.
Besides Keith’s Passion for Technology he is also interested in Chemistry: Specifically Biotechnology and Automobile technology which includes the production of alternative fuels, wine and other alcohol spirits like beer.
What Mr. Hedman offers to any business is a deep understanding of transactional details that effect the core operation of most businesses. He also has a tremendous amount of knowledge of Business and business related contracts and thus transactions. He understands how computer systems can be used to enable employees to transact more business per human capital hour as well as how these systems can create enhanced efficiencies within businesses. He also understands and can convey and illustrate how a poor installation of technology can actually cost a company money and time, especially if it is not beta tested and thought out properly. During Mr, Hedman’s career he has met with literally over 1000 different businesses, discussing with them their internal processes and has conducted evaluations on them to offer them ways they can trim overhead expenses toward getting more cash liquidity as well as increasing there overall operational efficiency. Mr. Hedman’s main interests gravitate around CRM and organizational operational efficiency, especially in the Sales Department.
In one such engagement for a large telecom company, Mr. Hedman saved one office of the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in operating capital over a three year period. The business system deployed also made them money as well. This came after interviewing and learning more about the company and the way it did and now do their business as well as the companies corporate culture, so that any recommended solution would be adopted once put forth.
Currently Mr. Hedman has been working on Business Intel and other CRM related projects which use remotely and locally managed systems. He also has done consulting working with companies whom do OnDemand Warehousing applications. Mr. Hedman’s Vision is to work with CRM Technology to get it to seamlessly integrate into every redundant business function so proper ethogram metrics from software trigger activities can be collected for use in (Business Process Management & Business Intel) . Mr. Hedman also is interested in active business metrics collection using software triggers and products like Business Objects as well as Crystal Reports.
Mr. Hedman also has a background in Finance and Leasing and is currently finishing a book “The Smart Business Owners Guide to Leasing and Technologies to Grow Your Business”, the book is on Leasing for Large to Small Companies as well as business technologies to grow business from startup to franchise.
